East Asian Inspired Decorative Plate with Figures and Heart Border

This is a decorative ceramic plate, likely porcelain or fine earthenware, adorned with an elaborate hand-painted or transfer-printed design showcasing what appears to be an East Asian or Japonisme-inspired scene. The central motif depicts three figures, possibly women in traditional garments, arranged around a large spoked wheel, possibly a spinning wheel or a wagon wheel, against a clean white background. The figures are rendered with fine lines and vibrant colors, including greens, browns, blacks, and hints of red/orange. One figure is dressed in green with white polka dots, another in brown/black with intricate patterns, and a third in black with a red/orange underside.
