This is a pair of vintage or antique twin-handled brass lamp bases, likely of East Asian or 'Oriental' origin, judging by the style and decorative motifs. Each lamp base is constructed from brass, exhibiting a rich, aged golden-brown patina that indicates significant age and exposure to the elements, adding to their aesthetic appeal. The overall form of each lamp is vase-like, with a wider, globular lower body tapering to a narrower neck, which then flares out slightly at the top to accommodate the lamp's electrical components and a potential lamp shade (which are not present).
