East Asian Inspired Decorative Plate with Figures and Heart Border

This is a decorative ceramic plate, likely porcelain or fine earthenware, adorned with an elaborate hand-painted or transfer-printed design showcasing what appears to be an East Asian or Japonisme-inspired scene.
