Cast Metal Rooster Trivet

This item is a decorative cast metal trivet, likely made from cast iron, featuring a vibrant enamel or painted rooster design. The trivet has a circular main body with an openwork pattern and a raised outer rim. The perimeter of the circular section features a textured, possibly rope-like or braided, design in black, contrasting with a silver-colored inner border detailed with small raised dots. The central design depicts a stylized rooster, possibly inspired by folk art or Mid-Century aesthetics. The rooster is rendered in distinct color blocks: its head is yellow, its comb and wattle are red, its body features areas of green and yellow, and its tail feathers are red. The outlines of the rooster and its internal detail are formed by silver-colored metal, creating a stained-glass-like effect against empty spaces.
