POTTERY' in a circular stamp, identifying its origin from the prominent Troy, New York pottery region, likely dating to the mid-to-late 19th century (circa 1860-1880). The exterior displays a characteristic grey-tan salt-glaze finish with a fine 'orange peel' texture.
