This item is a pair of vintage or antique cufflinks featuring carved scarab beetles set in what appears to be gold-toned metal, possibly gold-plated or solid gold. Each cufflink consists of an oval-shaped, dark teal to deep green scarab beetle carving. The scarabs are intricately detailed on their dorsal side, showcasing the characteristic wing cases (elytra) and head structure of the beetle.
