Japanese Geisha Doll in Display Case

This item is a traditional Japanese Geisha doll, housed within a black-framed glass display case. The doll is depicted in a standing posture, with her head slightly turned and her gaze directed forward. Her face appears to be made of porcelain or a similar composite material, finely painted with delicate features, pale skin, and a classic 'okobo' or 'bunsuki' style hairdo, adorned with white and red fabric flowers or ornaments. She is dressed in a vibrant, multi-colored kimono, predominantly featuring a red base with intricate floral and possibly bird motifs in shades of white, pink, green, and blue. Part of a darker, possibly black or dark blue, undergarment or an obi (sash) with a patterned texture can be seen peeking from beneath the outer kimono. The kimono's fabric appears to be silk or a high-quality synthetic, exhibiting a slight sheen. The doll is positioned on a light-colored, possibly white, rectangular base within the display case.
