This item is a hand-sized, naturally weathered stone or possible archaeological lithic fragment exhibiting a shape that suggests an anthropomorphic or zoomorphic form, specifically resembling a seated animal like a lion, frog, or reclining figure. The object is composed of a sedimentary or volcanic rock with a porous, vesicular texture, colored in varying shades of light tan, beige, and grayish-brown. Its surface is highly irregular with numerous small pits, hollows, and crevices, likely caused by long-term environmental weathering rather than intentional tooling. There is a visible green-tinted patina in certain recesses, suggesting the growth of lichen or algae, which indicates it may have been stored or found outdoors.
