This is a vintage windproof pocket lighter case, appearing to be crafted from 'Siam Silver' or nickel silver with a high-relief repousse design. The central figure is a classic Siamese (Thai) dancer or deity, possibly representing the goddess Mekkala or a Ramakien character, rendered in traditional ornate ceremonial attire. The figure is shown in a dynamic dance pose with a pointed headdress (chada). The background features a textured, granular 'stippled' finish that provides a stark contrast to the smooth, raised metallic figure. Physically, the item follows the standard rectangular dimensions of a mid-20th-century Zippo-style lighter.
