This is a three-piece vintage ceramic punch or serving set designed in a stylized lotus or floral motif. The set consists of a deep, scalloped bowl, a matching underplate, and a long-handled ladle. The exterior of the bowl and the underplate are finished in a vibrant cobalt blue glaze with black hand-painted outlines defining the petal veins, while the interior of the bowl and the entire ladle feature a striking iridescent peach or gold lusterware finish. The luster creates a pearlescent, metallic sheen that reflects light in a rainbow spectrum. The construction appears to be molded earthenware or porcelain, typical of Japanese lusterware imports from the mid-20th century (circa 1940s-1960s). The bowl's rim is wave-edged to mimic blooming petals, and the underplate shares this lobed silhouette. In terms of condition, the glazes appear glossy and well-preserved with no major chips or cracks visible in the primary view, though fine crazing in the luster finish is common for this era and material.
