Replica Ancient Coin

This item is a circular, metallic coin, likely made of a bronze or copper alloy, intended to replicate an ancient coinage. Most notably, at the bottom center of the reverse side, the word "COPY" is clearly impressed, indicating that this is a modern reproduction rather than an authentic ancient coin. The inscription is relatively clean and stands out against the older-looking patination. The quality of the relief on both sides suggests it was cast rather than struck, which is typical for reproductions. The condition shows artificial aging and wear to simulate an antique appearance, but the 'COPY' mark confirms its modern origin.
