The design includes two raised horizontal ribs circling the middle, which provide both structural reinforcement and visual interest. In terms of condition, the item exhibits several small dents and surface abrasions throughout the copper body and brass base, which are typical for its age and utilitarian origin. The metal shows a warm, aged patina with some darkening near the rivets and seams. The ceramic handle remains intact with clear floral patterning.
