Beaded and Leather Tassel Charm

This item is a decorative tassel or an elaborate charm, possibly intended for personal adornment, a bag accessory, or a key fob. The craftsmanship appears to be handmade, perhaps folk art or artisanal in nature, given the mix of materials and non-uniformity of components. The overall condition suggests use, with some visible dirt or grime on the leather and potentially slight wear on the metallic components, consistent with an item of an indeterminate age, possibly mid to late 20th century or contemporary.
