The central decorative band is hand-painted or transfer-printed with a blue and green kimono pattern, featuring a crossed collar and horizontal obi belt motif. Floral or fan-shaped blue patterns decorate the lower half. The neck is tapered with a distinct flared 'shoulder', leading to a flat-topped ceramic stopper. The stopper is marked with a blue hexagonal logo containing a character or symbol. In terms of condition, the item shows visible age-related wear including brown staining and residue around the neck, shoulders, and stopper rim, suggesting it may have previously contained a liquid like sake or decorative perfume.
