Small Vintage Wooden Barrel

It is constructed from multiple vertical wooden staves, held together by three visible metal hoops and one leather or rawhide band near the bottom. The wood appears to be a light to medium tone, possibly oak or pine, exhibiting a natural grain and varying shades, suggesting an aged or stained finish. The metal hoops are a dull, silvery-grey, consistent with galvanized steel or tin that has aged, and show visible signs of rust and wear, particularly on the top rim. The top rim also features what appear to be two small, deteriorated leather or fabric loops, possibly for a lid tether or handling, which are now broken and frayed.
