This stunning piece is an Amethyst Geode or Cluster with an apparent aura coating, exhibiting a captivating play of iridescent colors. The specimen features a raw, irregular shape, consistent with natural crystal formations extracted from a geode. Its physical characteristics include numerous pointed crystal terminations of varying sizes, densely packed on one side of a larger, lighter-colored matrix. The primary color of the crystals ranges from a delicate, pale lavender to a richer purple, typical of amethyst. However, the most striking feature is the vibrant metallic sheen across the crystal faces, displaying Hues of electric blue, fuchsia, gold, and green. This iridescence suggests an 'aura' treatment, where the amethyst has been bonded with metallic vapors (like titanium or niobium) under high heat, creating a thin, permanent layer on the surface that diffracts light.
