One visible panel depicts a domestic courtyard scene with figures dressed in traditional robes, while an adjacent panel shows floral and avian motifs featuring a large pink peony and a bird. The color palette is dominated by the 'famille rose' enamels, including vibrant shades of pink, green, yellow, and blue. The borders are intricately decorated with scrolls, butterflies, and flowers. Below the plate is what appears to be a matching tea cup with a similar polychrome enamel design. The craftsmanship is high, with detailed hand-painting and thin, translucent porcelain. In terms of condition, there is visible wear to the overglaze enamels and gilding along the rims, which is typical for its age.
