Vintage Playing Card Suit Aluminum Jelly/Cake Molds

This is a set of four vintage individual molds shaped as the standard playing card suits: hearts, diamonds, clubs, and spades. Each mold is constructed from lightweight, spun or pressed aluminum, featuring a matte metallic silver finish typical of mid-20th-century kitchenware. The molds possess distinctive fluted or scalloped sidewalls which provide structural integrity and an decorative edge to the molded food product. The top of each mold (bottom when inverted) features an embossed outline of the suit it represents, ensuring the design is clearly transferred to the gelatin, cake, or mousse. In terms of condition, these kitchen tools show evidence of moderate domestic use. There are visible surface scratches, small scuffs, and a light oxidation patina consistent with age and frequent washing. Minor denting is present along some of the fluted edges, particularly on the spade and diamond molds. There are no large punctures or deep corrosion pits visible. While no specific maker's mark is oriented toward the camera, these are characteristic of 'Mirro' or 'Wear-Ever' aluminum products from the 1950s or 1960s.
