This is a collection of seven pieces of Wedgwood Jasperware, six plates of varying sizes and one vase. The largest plate measures 6 inches across, and the smallest is 4 inches across, while the vase stands 5.5 inches high. The items are primarily crafted from Wedgwood's iconic Jasperware, an unglazed stoneware known for its matte finish and distinct color palette. Six of the pieces, including the cup, vase, and four plates, are in the characteristic 'Wedgwood blue' color, adorned with white bas-relief classical motifs. One plate stands out, rendered in a light sage green with white bas-relief, indicating a variation within the Jasperware line. The bas-relief decorations depict a range of classical scenes and figures, including what appears to be a sheep, a building or structure, and a pair of conjoined busts, potentially representing classical profiles or allegorical figures. The detail and crispness of the white relief work against the colored background are hallmarks of quality Jasperware. There are no visible chips, cracks, or significant damage, suggesting a 'Good' overall condition. Some minor dirt and wear are noted, consistent with age and handling but not detracting significantly from their aesthetic appeal.
