This is a 1977 United States Proof Set containing six coins produced by the San Francisco Mint. The set is presented in its original black plastic display case, which features a flip-open design with a clear plastic window protecting the coins and a textured red insert that holds them in place. The coins included are the Eisenhower Dollar, Kennedy Half Dollar, Washington Quarter, Roosevelt Dime, Jefferson Nickel, and Lincoln Cent. Each coin exhibits the characteristic proof finish, featuring mirror-like fields and frosted, detailed relief motifs to create a 'cameo' effect. The coins are dated 1977 and bear the 'S' mint mark. All pieces appear to be in excellent numismatic condition, as they are encapsulated in the protective holder which prevents direct handling and environmental wear.
