Pink plush skull toy, labeled 'Ideal Toys Direct' (not authenticated)

This is a soft, stuffed plush toy shaped like a stylized human skull. The primary fabric of the toy is a vibrant, hot pink velvety material, soft to the touch and showing some minor lint and surface dust consistent with handling. The facial features, including the large circular eye sockets, a triangular nasal cavity, and a stitched-look mouth with vertical teeth lines, are rendered in a contrasting black textured fabric or printed overlay. Attached to the right side of the toy is a white fabric tag bearing printed text. The tag clearly displays the text reading 'IDEAL TOYS Direct' on the upper lines, followed by 'WOODINVILLE, WA. MADE IN CHINA' on the lower lines. The overall construction appears to be standard machine sewing typical of novelty plush goods. The physical condition is relatively clean with no major tears or visible repairs, though it exhibits light surface wear and minor fuzz accumulation. The identification relies entirely upon the visible fabric tag attached to the side, which provides the company name and origin, though the item itself remains unauthenticated as a specific official product release.

Based on what I can see in the provided image, this item is a soft, hot pink plush toy shaped like a stylized human skull with black facial details and an attached fabric tag reading 'IDEAL TOYS Direct'. I cannot verify from a photo whether the materials or the company labeling represent an officially licensed or rare product release, as tags and novelty items can be subject to replication. Physical inspection would be needed to assess the fabric composition, internal stuffing quality, and stitch integrity more closely. The estimated value range of $15 to $30 assumes the item is as represented by the visible branding on the tag. Novelty plush toys of this general type typically appeal to niche collectors of gothic or alternative aesthetic merchandise, though secondary market demand for unverified promotional or novelty items tends to be modest. If the item were determined to be a generic replica, a modern copy, or produced 'in the style of' without any official manufacturer connection, the value would likely drop to the lower end or under $10, reflecting standard secondhand plush toy pricing. To establish greater certainty regarding its exact manufacturing origin and potential collectible status, an in-person examination by a toy expert or physical review of brand documentation would be necessary.
