Sears KS Super II 35mm SLR Camera with Flash and Zoom Lens

This is a vintage Sears KS Super II 35mm Single Lens Reflex (SLR) film camera, which was a rebranded Ricoh KR-10 Super produced for Sears, Roebuck and Co. during the early to mid-1980s. The camera body features a matte black finish with a textured grip and uses the versatile Pentax K-mount system. Mounted on top is a dedicated Sears/Auto electronic flash unit with a fresh Fresnel lens. It is equipped with a large, high-power telephoto zoom lens, evidenced by the significant barrel diameter and the black plastic protective lens cap currently attached. The camera appears to be in used but fair cosmetic condition, showing some dust accumulation in the crevices and light surface wear consistent with age. Notable markings include the 'KS SUPER II' white lettering on the front upper left and the 'SEARS/AUTO' branding on the flash attachment. The construction is a mix of metal internal components and rugged plastic external housing. A black nylon neck strap is attached to the metal lugs.
