This pair of vintage doll outfit sets features the 'Bobbsey Twins' line by Effanbee, dating from the mid-20th century. Both sets are housed in their original yellow display boxes with clear cellophane viewing windows. The graphic headers on each box feature the classic Bobbsey Twins illustrations, one showcasing a horse and the other a beach scene. Condition-wise, the boxes show significant age-related wear including corner crushing, edge tears, and yellowing of the cardboard. The cellophane is partially detached on the right box, exposing the fabric. Despite packaging wear, the garments appear largely vibrant and intact as New Old Stock (NOS), representing typical mid-century toy craftsmanship with cotton and synthetic blended fabrics.
