Collection of Vintage Australian Postage Stamps

This is a collection of various vintage Australian postage stamps, some of which are still attached to remnants of envelopes or paper. The collection includes stamps featuring portraits of historical figures like Queen Elizabeth II and J.B. Chifley, as well as commemorative stamps for events such as Christmas and ANZAC Day. Specific stamps visible include a 'Birth of the Post Office' 4d stamp, several stamps with Queen Elizabeth II (3d and 5d denominations), a 'Christmas 1954' 4d stamp depicting a nativity scene, and a 'Christmas 1958' 3 1/2d stamp, which is partially affixed to a 'First Day of Issue' envelope segment postmarked '5 NOV 58'. There are also two 'ANZAC 1945-1965' 5d stamps depicting soldiers and a donkey, and two 'J.B. Chifley' 10d stamps. Another stamp features what appears to be an emu with a '5.5d' denomination, attached to a partial envelope addressed with 'SANE DRIVEN SAFE ARRI'.
