Antique Waltham Gold-Filled Pocket Watch

This is an early 20th-century open-face pocket watch manufactured by the American Waltham Watch Co. The piece features a high-grade white enamel (porcelain) dial with large, black Arabic numeral hour markers and a secondary outer track for minutes in red Arabic numerals. A sub-dial located at the 6 o'clock position displays the seconds. The dial is signed 'WALTHAM' just below the 12 o'clock position. The hands are crafted in a blued steel spade style, though there appears to be significant damage or detachment to the main hour and minute hands. The watch is encased in a round, gold-filled or gold-plated metal case with a polished finish and a classic crown and bow at the 12 o'clock position. Regarding condition, the crystal shows some surface scratches, and internal components appear fragile; specifically, the hands are misaligned or broken, and there is visible debris on the dial surface. The case demonstrates a warm patina consistent with its estimated age (circa 1900-1920) but lacks major denting.
