This item is a distinguished miniature or dress award medal representing the Polish Order of Polonia Restituta. The central element is a four-pointed cross (a variant of the Maltese cross) crafted from gold-toned metal, with each arm meticulously enameled in pristine white. The edges of the cross arms are distinctly bordered in the same gold-toned metal, suggesting quality craftsmanship and durability. Suspended from a golden suspension ring, the cross attaches to a vibrant red moiré silk ribbon.
