Vintage Solid Brass Deer Family Figurines

This is a set of three vintage cast brass figurines depicting a deer family, including a buck with prominent antlers, a doe in a grazing or downward-facing pose, and a small fawn with its head tilted upward. Each piece is constructed from solid brass, displaying a warm, golden-brown hue characteristic of aged metal. The buck is the largest, standing approximately 8 to 10 inches tall to the tip of its multi-tined antlers. The casting features mid-century modern aesthetic influences, characterized by smooth, somewhat stylized body contours and simplified facial features rather than hyper-realistic anatomical detail. Visible condition includes a significant aged patina with areas of darkening and minor oxidation (verdigris) typical for brass of this age, particularly in the recessed areas of the antlers and joints. There are minor surface scratches and small pit marks consistent with the sand-casting process.
