This item is a live Monstera deliciosa 'Albo Borsigiana', highly sought after for its distinct variegated foliage. The plant is established and features several large, heart-shaped leaves with iconic fenestrations (natural holes and slits). The variegation pattern is marbled and chunky, displaying a range of colors from deep emerald green to creamy white and pale mint. The stems are thick and support long petioles, with visible aerial roots extending outwards, indicating a mature growth habit. The plant is currently housed in a textured, light-colored plastic nursery pot with horizontal ridged detailing, which provides drainage. In terms of condition, the leaves appear turgid and healthy, though some slight browning or 'crisping' is observed on some white variegated edges, which is a common physiological response in high-variegation specimens due to a lack of chlorophyll. The overall structure is leggy and vining, suggesting it has been growing towards a light source without significant vertical support.
