Giovanni's Nidorina 44/132 Gym Challenge Pokémon Card

This is a Giovanni's Nidorina Pokémon trading card from the Gym Challenge expansion, released in 2000. The card is a Stage 1 Grass-type Pokémon with 60 HP.
