This is a vibrant vintage figural brooch designed in the likeness of a bumblebee or beetle. The piece is constructed from gold-toned base metal and features a highly decorative multi-colored finish. The head is set with two small green faceted rhinestones representing eyes, while the thorax is dominated by a large, oval-shaped red glass cabochon in a faux-ruby style. The wings are finished with a rich translucent emerald green enamel over a textured metal base, giving them a shimmering effect.
