This set of three vintage Pyrex refrigerator storage dishes (500 series) represents iconic mid-century modern kitchenware produced by Corning Glass Works. The assortment includes a large yellow rectangular 503 dish (1.5 quart capacity), a medium horizon blue 502 dish (1.5 pint), and a small red 501 dish (1.5 cup). Each unit is constructed from heavy-duty, opaque white borosilicate glass (often called opalware) with a high-gloss fired-on color enamel exterior. All three pieces are accompanied by their original clear, ribbed glass lids featuring integrated tab handles. These lids were designed to stack securely in a tiered fashion to maximize space in 1950s-era refrigerators. The yellow dish serves as the base, showing a vibrant, consistent lemon-yellow finish with minimal shelf wear visible at the base edge. The blue dish exhibits a solid turquoise-blue saturation, and the red dish displays the deep crimson tone characteristic of early Pyrex production. The condition of the enamel appears excellent with no visible 'dishwasher haze', significant scratching, or flea bites on the rims. The glass lids appear clear without significant clouding or corner chips.
