Proportionally, the stone measures approximately 15mm to 18mm in length, which is estimated by comparing it to the adjacent US Lincoln penny (diameter of 19.05mm). The stone appears to be made of either high-clarity glass, synthetic spinel, or a lab-created imitation emerald. It exhibits a brilliant-style faceting pattern across its crown, designed to maximize light refraction and internal sparkle. Under the current lighting, the stone shows a cool green hue with darker tonal depth around the rounded base and brighter, electric green reflections near the pointed apex. The clarity appears Eye-Clean (EC), with no obvious internal fractures or veining visible at this magnification. The girdle and facet edges appear relatively sharp, suggesting it is either modern or has been well-protected from abrasive wear. There are no visible maker's marks or identifying stamps on the piece, as is typical for loose faceted stones.
