Vintage 1960s G.I. Joe Wooden Footlocker

This is an original 1960s era G.I. Joe wooden footlocker produced by Hasbro. The item is constructed of wood with a dark olive drab green paint finish, designed to replicate authentic military field gear. On the lid, there is a classic 'G.I. JOE' sticker in red, white, and blue featuring the iconic soldier logo. Adjacent to the logo are stenciled white labels for 'NAME', 'RANK', and 'SERIAL NO.' with blanks for the owner to fill in. The footlocker features a brass-toned metal flip-latch on the front and likely has metal hinges on the rear. In terms of condition, there is visible edge wear where the green paint has rubbed away to reveal the natural wood underneath, particularly along the top and bottom corners. There are light surface scratches on the lid and a small blue ink mark near the bottom center of the stencil. The G.I. Joe sticker shows some peeling and wear at the corners.
