AI Appraisal Report

The image shows a close-up of the back of a framed canvas, likely a painting or print. There are markings on the wood frame indicating the source of the material used for the canvas and stretcher bars. One marking says "ST. LOUIS MO." which could be a supplier or artist location. Another marking is from "F. WEBER CO." This is a known art supply company, historically located in St. Louis, MO, and later expanding. The stretcher bar also has a number '8' stamped on it. These details can sometimes help in dating the origin of the artwork and determining if it's from a professional supply house, which could indicate a professional artist. However, without seeing the actual artwork, a specific appraisal value is impossible. The value would depend entirely on the artist, subject matter, condition, and provenance of the art itself.
