This is a vintage C.F. Martin & Co. D-35 dreadnought acoustic guitar, identified by the accompanying manufacturer's warranty and care tag which lists serial number 330271 and model D35. Based on the serial number, this instrument was manufactured in 1973. The guitar features a solid spruce top with a natural aged finish and multi-ply white/black binding. It is equipped with an ebony bridge, white bridge pins with black dots, and a black teardrop pickguard. The rosette consists of multiple concentric rings. Key characteristic features of the D-35 model, though partially obscured, include a three-piece back and bound fingerboard. The instrument is shown resting in its original blue-lined hardshell 'thermometer' or 'injection-molded' case. The spruce top displays a fine, straight grain consistent with high-quality tonewood. There is visible minor play wear and light surface scratches near the bridge and pickguard area, but the overall condition appears to be well-maintained with a healthy amber-toned patina on the finish.
