Teardrop Resin Pressed Flower Pendant

This is a handmade teardrop-shaped pendant featuring a variety of real pressed botanical specimens encapsulated in clear synthetic resin. The pendant measures approximately 1 to 1.5 inches in length. Inside the transparent resin, there is a complex arrangement of dried flora, including a large cream-colored five-petal flower at the top, accented by smaller purple lobelia or alyssum-type blossoms, tiny blue forget-me-nots, and small red petal fragments at the base. The resin is cast with a smooth, polished finish and a slightly domed surface to create a magnifying effect on the flowers. It is equipped with a silver-toned metal jump ring and a polished bail, likely made of stainless steel or silver-plated base metal given the lack of visible hallmarks. The condition appears excellent with no visible yellowing of the resin, scratches, or interior air bubbles, suggesting a relatively modern creation from the last 10-20 years. The craftsmanship is high, with the delicate organic materials well-preserved without scorching or displacement during the casting process. It is presented on white fiber batting inside a rectangular black cardboard jewelry box.
