1994 and 1995 American Silver Eagle Bullion Coins

A pair of American Silver Eagle bullion coins, dated 1994 and 1995 respectively. Each coin is composed of 1 troy ounce of .999 fine silver with a diameter of 40.6mm. The obverse features Adolph A. Weinman's iconic 'Walking Liberty' design, depicting Liberty dynamic in stride, enveloped in the folds of the flag, with her right hand extended and branches of laurel and oak in her left. The design motifs are struck in high relief with a brilliant, lustrous finish. Both coins are presented in their original Littleton Coin Company retail display packaging, which consists of a clear plastic protective holder set against a forest-green textured background and an informational card. The cards identify the coins as being in 'Uncirculated condition.' Notable features include the crisp serrated edges and the clear inscriptions 'LIBERTY' and 'IN GOD WE TRUST.' The 1994 coin packaging shows a small white handwritten price sticker. There is no visible heavy toning (patina), suggesting the seals of the holders have remained largely intact, protecting the coins from environmental oxidation. These coins represent the mid-1990s era of the United States Mint's official silver bullion program, which began in 1986. The strike quality appears sharp with minimal bag marks visible through the plastic, indicating well-preserved specimens.
