This is a 2023 release (marked 2022 contextually) of a Hot Wheels Character Car featuring 'Raphael' from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem film. The item is in its original blister pack packaging. The vehicle is a stylized die-cast car designed to mimic Raphael's physical appearance, featuring a vibrant green body with a textured 'shell' roof in dark green and brown. A prominent red mask detail is integrated into the cab area. The car features off-road style black wheels with red metallic rims and includes a pair of Sai weapons mounted as side-running boards.
