Vintage 'The Astronauts' Aladdin Metal Lunchbox (1970)

This is a vintage rectangular metal lunchbox titled 'The Astronauts,' produced by Aladdin Industries around 1970 to commemorate the Apollo moon landings. The front features a lithographed illustration of an Apollo-era astronaut in a white Extravehicular Mobility Unit (EMU) descending a lunar module ladder onto the moon's surface, with the Earth visible in the dark background. The text 'THE ASTRONAUTS' is printed in yellow sans-serif font in the lower-right foreground. Structurally, the box is made of stamped tin with a black plastic handle and a metal latch system at the top.
