It includes a Crest logo and the catalog number 'BX01-2515', noting it's '© 1978 Grunt Records manufactured & distributed by RCA Records'. All cartridges exhibit some degree of surface wear consistent with age and use, including scuffs and light discoloration, but appear structurally intact. The labels show slight fading or minor abrasions, yet the text and graphics remain largely legible. The overall condition suggests they have been stored, but not necessarily in pristine conditions.
