The decanter is made of porcelain or glazed ceramic, depicting Elvis with a microphone in hand, detailed with gold-tone accents on his belt and embroidery, and a light blue inset scarf. The piece is housed in its original blue cardboard presentation box, which is decorated with white star borders and prominent 'ELVIS' text. A notable feature is the presence of an original registration or information card tucked inside the window, which is often missing from secondary market examples.
