Vintage Lanco Swiss Watch with Venezuelan Coat of Arms

This is a vintage mechanical wristwatch manufactured by the Swiss company Lanco (Langendorf Watch Company). The watch features a gold-toned, cushion-shaped case approximately 30-38mm in diameter, constructed from base metal with a likely gold plating. The most distinguishing feature is the ornate champagne/gold-tone dial, which prominently displays a raised relief of the Venezuelan Coat of Arms at its center. The dial includes printed Arabic numerals for hour markers and at the 12 o'clock position features the 'LANCO SWISS' logo. Across from it at the 2 o'clock area, the text '17 JEWELS INCABLOC' indicates a Swiss mechanical movement equipped with a shock protection system. The handset consists of slim gold-toned minute and hour hands with a striking red center seconds hand. The watch is fitted with a black leather or faux-leather strap with a crocodile-style texture. Based on the case shape and Incabloc branding, the watch likely dates from the late 1960s to the 1970s. The condition appears fair to good with visible surface scratches on the high-polish gold casing and minor wear on the crown.
