This is a Scyther ex ultra-rare collectible trading card from the Pokémon TCG 'EX Ruby & Sapphire' expansion set, released in 2003. This card (numbered 103/109 in this print run) features a distinctive silver metallic-style holofoil border that is characteristic of 'ex' series cards from the early 2000s.
