This is a circular medallion pendant featuring a central five-pointed star set within an open circular frame. The item is approximately 1.5 to 2 inches in diameter, held by a person for scale. It is constructed from a silver-toned metal, likely a base metal alloy or sterling silver given the lack of obvious oxidation. The central star features a textured, mesh-like or cross-hatched pattern on its surface, while the surrounding outer ring is decorated with embossed floral filigree and scrollwork designs.
